We want you confident when you join. Here is exactly how refunds work, in plain language.
AuthorScore Verified ($19/month)
- 24-hour refund window. You may request a full refund of your first $19 AuthorScore™ Verified payment within 24 hours of purchase, for any reason.
- Accessing the Vault ends refund eligibility. The moment you open, view, or download any asset in the Vault, your purchase becomes final and non-refundable, even if you are still inside the 24-hour window. The Vault is digital and cannot be returned once it has been accessed.
- After 24 hours. Payments are non-refundable once the 24-hour window closes. You can cancel anytime to stop future monthly billing. Cancelling stops your next charge; it is not a refund of the current month.
- How to request. Email support@authorscore.ai with your account name within 24 hours of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
In short: $19 back within 24 hours, no questions asked, as long as you have not opened the Vault. Open the Vault and the sale is final.
